MONROVIA Jan 15_Lawmakers on Monday elected Hon. Jonathan Koffa as the new speaker.
Koffa won over his rival, Richard Koon of the Unity Party _UP with 36 to 31.
Before his election, he told lawmakers of inclusive work and will promote the agenda of Joseph Boakai, president-elect. 67 lawmakers voted.
