MONROVIA_Nov 7_Liberia’s highest court on Monday ordered the arrest of Finance and Development Planning Minister for obstructing judicial functions.
A writ of arrest issued Monday said Finance MINISTER Samuel Tweah obstructed the work of the Judiciary.
That the minister failed to pay Judges and other judicial workers for two months: September and October, 2022.
Sources at the Ministry told New Republic Newspaper that the Minister was not seen at his office when the sheriff went to effect the arrest.
