The training took place at the central office of the National Archives on 12th Street in Sinkor, Monrovia. The training which is the first since the inception of the Neileh Daitouah administration seeks to enhance the performance management skills of senior staff.
According to CNDRA Deputy Human Resource Director Christian J. Jlatuh, who was the key facilitator at the day-long training, the exercise seeks to respond to the capacity needs of the agency as well as the effectiveness of the trainees.
He said Performance management is a process by which managers and employees work together to plan, monitor and review an employee’s work objectives and overall contribution to the agency.
It is the continuous process of setting objectives, assessing progress and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that employees are meeting their objectives and career goals he added.
Meanwhile, CNDRA Director General Neileh Daitouah has extolled CSA for the training noting that it will enhance the performance and productivity of the agency.
