Prior to this, Cllr. Gongloe and other counselors in this proceeding entered into an agreement not to discuss about the case filed outside the court.

But unfortunately for Cllr. Gongloe; his client Brousies breach the agreement by discussing the matter when he (Brousies) appeared on the Coastal Show aired on Roots FM 102.7 accusing Judge Morgan of stealing 3.1 million from  his Ducor account.

Speaking on air, Brousies and Costa threaten to take cut Judge Morgan head and they also said that they have already assigned a group of men at the Providence Baptist Church to kill her and protests against her.

Meanwhile, the top Liberian lawyers of the Gongloe and Associate Law Firm to include: Taiwan Gongloe, Philips Gongloe and Momolu Kandakai are expected to again appear before criminal court “E” Judge Eva Morgan for allegedly failing to advices their client in person of Amos Brousies.

This followed days after these counselors were being held in contempt and subsequently arrested based on an order by judge Morgan and their plead for mercy by the executive officer of the Law firm Cllr. Gongloe on Tuesday of this week which was further granted by Judge Morgan.

Speaking on behalf of the other counselors, Cllr. Gongloe said they will not disrespect the Court or any Courts in the world.

Cllr. Gongloe stated that the court should not also use their power to be jailing lawyer, which he said Article 21 (i) states that the right of all counselors shall be inviolable; there shall be no interference with the lawyer client relationship. In all trials, hearings, interrogatories and other proceedings where a person is accused of a criminal offense, the accused shall have the right to counsel of his choice; and where the accused is unable to secure such representation, the Republic shall make available legal aid services to ensure the protection of his rights and no lawyer shall be barred from practice for political reasons.

He said that they had advised his client on several occasions not to go on radio to say anything concerning the case since it was in court.

Cllr. Gongloe emphasized that he is not a P.R or mouth piece for the Judiciary adding that he only goes to the court to plea for his clients beside” the Judicial have a P.R that should speak or protect them.
