Bomi County-In a gesture aimed at fostering unity and youth engagement through sports, Western Cluster Liberia Ltd on Friday, May 2, 2025,  donated a significant quantity of sports materials to the Tubmanburg Football Association. The presentation took place at the company’s main compound and was witnessed by a large gathering of sports enthusiasts, community residents, and local leaders.

The donated items include 22 sets of football jerseys, one for each of the 22 participating communities, as well as additional sporting equipment needed for the smooth conduct of the Tubmanburg Communities Football Tournament.

During the presentation, Mr. Aniket Raiker, Chief Commercial Officer of Western Cluster Liberia, emphasized that the donation forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to the communities in which it operates.

“This initiative is very close to our hearts. By donating these materials, we are not only supporting a football tournament, but we are promoting peace, youth development, and community bonding,” Mr. Raiker said. “Western Cluster believes in creating positive social impact, and we’re proud to be part of this important initiative that brings the people of Tubmanburg together.”

He reaffirmed the company’s dedication to social responsibility and encouraged other stakeholders to support initiatives that uplift young people.

“We will continue to stand with the people of Bomi County in areas that matter most, education, health, and youth development. Today’s donation is just one example of how we are investing in the future of Liberia,” Mr. Raiker added.
