Monrovia-December 5, 2025: Send, a rapidly expanding international money transfer service, has announced major strides in its operations in Liberia, including the appointment of Liberian Afropop sensation Jzyno as its new brand ambassador.
The head of growth and marketing Falone Shimba at a press conference said the company is global platform enabling people in the diaspora to send money home “quickly, securely, and at low cost.” Operating across Africa, Latin America, and Asia, the company said its mission is to make international remittances faster, cheaper, and easier for Liberians wherever they reside.
According to her, many families continue to face challenges such as high transaction fees and unfavorable exchange rates in Liberia. The company emphasized its commitment to Liberia’s local culture and stories, noting its ongoing work with Liberian creators and communities.
Highlighting its growing investment in Liberian talent, Taptap Send announced the signing of award-winning Liberian artist Jzyno as its newest brand ambassador. Known for his international hit “Butter My Bread” and his influence across the continent and the diaspora, Jzyno will help amplify the company’s mission of ensuring Liberians receive “more of their money quickly, safely, and affordably.”
The partnership, according to the company, aligns perfectly with Jzyno’s global reach, strong Liberian identity, and connection to the diaspora.
