A 21-Year-Old Murder Suspect Saah Joseph (Not CDC’s Senator and bears no relationship) who allegedly killed a 15-Year-Old girl believed to have been a commercial ‘Sex Worker’ has finally been arrested and forwarded to the Monrovia City Court at the Temple of Justice to face criminal prosecution.

Suspect Joseph reportedly escaped the crime scene for Margibi County where he was arrested and later investigated before being charged with the crime of murder in violation of Chapter 14, Subchapter (a) of Section 14.1 of New Penal law of Liberia.

Police Investigators’ report revealed that suspect Joseph and the deceased met on December 13 at an Entertainment Center Called Club-88 on the New Georgia Road where she agreed to be with the defendant for a night for Twenty United States Dollars.

Suspect Saah Joseph has admitted having sex with the deceased at first and attempted going for the second round which the deceased resisted since according to her that was outside of their previous agreement entered into.

This alleged refusal of the deceased resulted into a tussle between her and defendant Joseph, a situation that eventually led to her death that night.

The suspect strangulated her until she went unconscious and satisfied his desire which reportedly led to her death.

Murder is a Capital Offense and is not billable under the Liberian Law as such, suspect Saah Joseph was remanded at the Monrovia Central Prison pending Court trial as provided for by law.  TNR
