Rep. Schaack was greeted by jubilant crowd marked with celebrations with traditional dancers wearing costumes in Neezuoin graced by hundreds of residents from surrounding towns and villages who reigned praises on her for the fact she returned to thank them for her ascendency.

Rep. Schaack lauded the citizens for their participation in the quest of the developmental drive of the District. She informed them that for too long they have suffered and being left behind when it comes to basic developmental activities as done in the rest of the country.

She assured citizens of district number one in Rivercess County her office’s commitment to ensuring a transparent and accountable leadership which are paramount to the growth of any society. “This we won’t forget. We will explain to our next generations, even the unborn ones will get to know what has happened,” she averred.

Rep. Schaack concluded by calling on citizens of her district to join in the efforts in implementing and achieving the goods of the district. “We need to champion the cause of development because this starts with all of us and continues with us,” she stated.

Also, at the program was Senator Dallas Gueh who applauded Madam Schaack for at least taking her time going back to her people to extend gratitude to them for choosing her as their lawmaker.  “Today is another historic moment in the history of Rivercess County; seeing the entire leadership of the county coming together to receive you is laudable,’’ Sen. Gueh reminded Rep. Schaack.

For his part, Rivercess County Superintendent Birkmirt Karbiah asserted that Rep. Schaack has done extremely well; this is why she is receiving praises from her citizens. He said it is the first time to witness, instead an elected representative appreciating his or her people, they are doing the opposite by showing her gratitude.

Two paramount chiefs of Rivercess, Koffi Zah and William T. Dennis in separate remarks called on citizens of the district to continue standing with their lawmaker. According to them, this will in the future serve as a backer for her because that’s the only way she will be strong to have a voice among her fellow representatives in the house.

Also making remarks was Doedain District Commissioner Jones Nagbo who appreciated Rep. Schaack for at least returning home to thank her people that he thinks serves a sign of humbleness to the highest degree. He said when this continues on the part of Madam schaack, unity will be fostered and development will surely come to the district.
