GBARNGA Bong County-Ahead of the October 10, 2023, Presidential and Legislative Elections in Liberia, Bong County Electoral District#2 Representative, James M. Kolleh has embarked on the process of heightening tribal politics against Aspirants who do not have paternal relationships with the county.
He mentioned that electing such individuals will undermine development in the county.
Rep. Kolleh also described the Election of then-Senator Jewel Howard Taylor as a big mistake on grounds that her father did not originate from Bong County but Lofa County instead.
In a leaked video, the District # 2 Lawmaker was heard calling on Marketers in Red- Light who hailed from Bong County not to vote for Johnny Kpehe.
According to him, Kpehe is a member of the Gbandi Tribe from Lofa County.
Responding to Rep. Kolleh in a social media post, the Deputy Press Secretary in the Offices of Vice President, Philip T. Singbah described the Lawmaker as an ingrate.
“It is ludicrous for you to come back, and termed her election as a mistake. “Kolleh, focus on your job, and stop the loose talks in the County!” Mr. Singbah noted.
