According to William Dolo and Yancy Gegeh, Representative Cole has refused to fulfill campaign promises he made to citizens in the 2017 general and presidential elections in the County.

The political group alleged that Rep. Cole, due to his inability to fulfill his campaign promises in the County, is now claiming all the projects the ruling establishment is doing in the County in other to gain popularity for his second term bid in the District.

The informed political group named the construction of a motorcyclist hospital, making Gbarnga an orange city, giving Gbarnga to its owner, establishing Football Academy amongst others as some of Rep. Cole’s 2017 elections campaign promises.

Mr. Dolo and Gegeh further explained that since Honorable J. Marvin Cole took over in the District, said promises are yet to be fulfilled.

Speaking at a press conference in Gbarnga, Bong County on January 9, 2022, the CDC chairman alleged that some members of the party are currently engaged in an unscrupulous act that has the propensity to undermine the re-election of President Weah.

However, the Bong County‘s CDC chairman didn’t name any individual in the party that is involved in such an unscrupulous campaign in the County.

But, said there are some executive members of the party that is running from Ministries and Agencies lobbying for the transfer of some members and non-members of the party from their jobs because those individuals have not been dancing to the tone of them in the County.
