flashback: Police officers in Liberia
According to police preliminary report, Adanqua Massaquoi is reported to have fought his 14 years old nephew resulting to death over an argument that ensured about their respective school Identification (ID) Cards.
The police said the pair were walking home from school when the argument ensued about whose ID Card was the finest one of the two of them when both claimed the best side, something the 21 years old Adanqua refused saying, his little nephew’s ID was never finer than his.
Pulling it from one end to another, Adanqua is alleged to have become very furious forcing the deceased to a fist fight.
He is believed to have hit the 14 years old several times in his stomach and his penis with both his (Massaquoi) legs and hands leaving him (deceased) unconscious for several hours.
Other eye-witness account has it that after mercilessly beaten on his nephew, he fled the scene to an unknown location in search of a refuge place.
The teenager was later taken to a nearby clinic where he was pronounced dead.
