MARYLAND SENATORIAL ASPIRANT RALLIES CITIZENS

A Senatorial Aspirant in Maryland County, Dr. Emmanuel Wollor Topor has rallied the supports of Residents of Harper Electoral District#1, Maryland County ahead of the impending 2023’s Presidential and Legislative Elections.

The ceremony which took place recently in the county brought together score of Citizens from the following Towns to include, Hand Street, Lake Shepard, Hoffman Station, and Central Harper.

Speaking during the gathering, Dr. Topor urged the Citizens of Maryland County to desist from tribal politics in the County.

The Senatorial Aspirant encouraged the Residents to vote on basis of candidates’ legacies.

He highlighted the construction of six (6) Primary Schools, and the renovation of 7 High Schools in the County as some of developments initiated by him.

Dr. Topor noted that his campaign team has also constructed several town halls, bridges, and has provided COVID-19 awareness materials.

The Maryland County Aspirant indicated that during the past election, he acquired 40% of the total votes cast in the county.

For her part, a direct beneficiary of the Topor’s Scholarship Scheme at Tubman University, Felecia Dahn mentioned that her support to the Senatorial Bid of Dr. Topor is due to his continuous support towards her academic endeavor.

She indicated that the Aspirant has provided financial assistance when she was graduating from the Webbo Rural Teacher’s Training Institute in River Gee County last year.

Madam Dahn pointed out that Dr. Topor is currently funding her academic sojourn at the Tubman University in Maryland County.

Dr. Emmanuel Wollor Topor, a lecturer at the Agricultural College of Tubman University had earlier contested in Maryland County as a senatorial aspirant in the 2014 Senatorial Elections and 2020 Special Midterm Senatorial Elections.
