Mr. Fatormah wants proper mechanism to be put in place to help protect the looseness of information in the public sector; something he noted is as a result of the lack of internet security, this he noted should be protected soon.
As for G. Adolphus Bowier, Director of Engineering and Planning, he brags that they have up to date an international engineering setup to meet up with the demands of the public.
He said they have noticed that not many people are fully aware about the proper usage of their services as such; they are placing more emphasis on community engagement and training of their staff to in return build the capacity of their many clients.
“Banking, Security, Financial sectors are also key areas of concentration he added, due to their strategic roles in the society,” he added.
LIBTELCO, a commercial arm of government in the professional service delivery in the technological sector of Liberia is said to be committed to the digital transformation of the government and the country at large.
More capacity building of beneficiaries in the sector is key for the overall development of the nation as the upcoming forum will help address some of the challenges in the sector as well as helping to improve it.
