MONROVIA-It was a colorful moment over the weekend at the Police Academy Field, when thousands of Citizens, including, the Elders of District #5 petitioned and endorsed the Representative Bid of Liberty Party lone Female Aspirant in the District, Madam Priscilla Abram Cooper in the Legislature during the up-coming Presidential and Legislative Elections that are scheduled to take place on October 10, 2023.
The Residents of the District have stressed that their decisions were triggered by the huge developments being carried out by Madam Cooper and her Team in the District.
According to them, Madam Copper has made tremendous contributions aimed at impacting the lives of the Residents.
Presenting various petition statements, the Petitioners outlined that Madam Cooper has over the years demonstrated excellent attributes of a good leader.
They named the constructions of hand pumps, and vocational centers, among others as projects being initiated by Madam Cooper.
Receiving the petition statements, she highlighted women’s empowerment and participation in leadership as tops of her legislative priorities.
The District #5 Representative Hopeful furthered that the promise will be kept and will definitely be materialized once elected as a representative.
“You can only make me your lawmaker if you register to vote comes March, and together we can uplift and restore our beloved district by defeating our opponent in the October 2023 elections”. Madam Cooper maintained.
She however accepted the petition statements and promised to continue the worthy initiatives being engineered.
Meanwhile, top Officials of the Liberty Party, including its Political Leader and Senator of Grand Bassa County, Nyonblee Kangar Lawrence, Senator Abraham Darius Dillon of Montserrado County, and other high profiled Delegates from the Liberty Party also honored and endorsed Madam Priscilla Cooper’s legislative agenda in representing the people of District #5 at the lower house of the Legislature.
The Liberty Party’s Leadership used the forum to caution citizens to elect Madam Cooper.
