MONROVIA-The Assistant Defense Minister for Public Affairs, Sam Collins, has mentioned that the Facilities of the Armed Forces of Liberia, (AFL) will not be used for any political purposes.
Speaking recently at the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism, (MICAT) Regular Press Briefing, Collins noted that the AFL is clothed with the authority to maintain its facilities, across the country.
He frowned at some politicians who are bent on using these facilities for the wrong reasons.
The Assistant Defense Minister urged the men and women in arms to be vigilant and cautious in the discharge of their duties.
The Head of Public Affairs at the Ministry of Defense indicated that the AFL is also charged with the responsibility to regulate political activities in the country.
