MONROVIA-His Excellency, President George Manneh Weah, has constituted new Council members of the Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS).
The Council constituted Friday, February 3, 2023, by the President consists of both statutory and at-Large members.
The Statutory members of the MCSS Council include the Mayor of the Monrovia City Corporation as Honorary Ex-officio Chairman; Deputy Minister of Education for Instructions; Isaac Saye-Lakpoh Zawolo, Superintendent of MCSS as Executive Officer/Secretary to the Council, and the Director General of the General Services Agency.
Also, the at-Large members of the new council are Minister Piso Saydee-Tarr, Bishop Nathan Mahteh, Sr., Amadu Diamond Bility, and Tanneh Brunson.
The new Council is to assist the Administration in running the day-to-day affairs of the MCSS, ensuring that it meets targeted programs and objectives.
