MONROVIA–President Joseph Nyuma Boakai has reappointed Ambassador Mohammed M. Bah as the Presidential Special Envoy on Investment, reaffirming his confidence in Bah’s leadership and commitment to driving Liberia’s investment agenda forward.
The reappointment follows a thorough administrative review during which all Ambassadors-at-Large and Special Envoys were temporarily relieved of their duties. In a statement released by Ambassador Bah’s office, he expressed heartfelt gratitude to President Boakai for the renewed trust and confidence. “We are deeply honored by this reappointment, which underscores Ambassador Bah’s tireless efforts to serve the President and the people of Liberia,” the statement read.
As a young, dynamic leader, Ambassador Bah has played a pivotal role in attracting substantial investments to Liberia. He has also been a staunch advocate for youth empowerment, facilitating educational opportunities for many young Liberians and demonstrating his commitment to building a brighter future for the nation.
The Office of the Presidential Special Envoy on Investment has outlined plans to expand Liberia’s global partnerships, particularly in infrastructure, agriculture, and technology sectors. Ambassador Bah affirmed his readiness to work diligently with international stakeholders to position Liberia as a leading destination for sustainable investments.
