MONROVIA-Since her appointment by President George M. Weah, Madam Ruth Coker-Collins, Public Works Minister of Liberia, has been showered with alluring praises for her tireless efforts in salvaging Liberia’s road deficit.
One such Liberian, who has been thrilled by the immaculate performances of the Public Works Minister, is the renowned OK FM Station Manager and Talk-show Host, Mr. Clarence Jackson.
Speaking on the OK FM, 99.5, Morning Rush, Mr. Jackson heaped praises on Minister Coker-Collins for intervention in the construction of the Johnsonville and Mount Barclay Road and other networks.
He mentioned that the construction of these roads has reduced traffic congestion in these areas.
Mr. Jackson noted that the completion of road construction will enhance economic productivity where marketers can easily transport their goods to the markets.
He then admonished the Public Works Boss to continue with her developmental drive.
Some Marketers and Residents of the GSA Road Junction to ELWA Junction have also extolled Minister Coker-Collins and Team for ensuring that the contractors speed up the road construction in their areas.
According to them, the contractors are working overtime to relieve them from the constraints they are faced with due to the ongoing road construction from GSA Road Junction to ELWA Junction.
The Residents described her works as remarkable for the people of Liberia mostly, they as residents of Paynesville who are undergoing difficulties with the major road network corridor.
Moreover, the Paynesville residents are calling on the Public Works Minister and Team to work collectively with the authority of the Paynesville City Cooperation to address the issue of keeping the streets clean.
