MONROVIA-Barely months, after Cllr. Jerome Verdier pointed accusing fingers at Monrovia City Mayor of being the Mastermind behind the gruesome killing of the Niece of the former Chief Justice, Cllr. Gloria Musu Scott, Jefferson T. Koijee is now prepared to exonerate himself of such accusations leveled against him by legally pinning down Cllr. Verdier.
At a news conference held recently, Koijee noted that the relevant pieces of evidence to issue a lawsuit against Cllr. Verdier and other Liberians in America have been gathered and prepared.
The Monrovia City Mayor stressed that the pieces of evidence will be used against Verdier.
Koijee noted that he will inform the America Government concerning Liberians who are involved in destabilizing the country, through spewing out lies and unfounded information.
He mentioned that his local and international legal team will ensure that justice is dispensed in the death of Charlotte Musu.
Also speaking at the news conference in Monrovia recently, the Head of Koijee’s Legal Team, Cllr. Arthur Johnson mentioned that a communication will be sent to the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism for the needed actions to be taken against individuals who use Spoon Network to malign and lacerate the hard-earned characters of some well-meaning Liberians.
He urged the Ministry to be robust in terms of regulating the media in the country.
