Boakai appoints: President Boakai appoints Chief of Protocol
MONROV IA- President Joseph N. Boakai has appointed Emmett Kennedy as Chief of Protocol of the Executive Mansion, a statement issued Monday said.
According to the release, Ambassador Kenedy comes to the position with many years of professional experience. At the same time, the president has named madam Winfred Mardia Deshield as Deputy Chief of protocol at the Executive Mansion. Those appointments take immediate effect.
