MONROVIA-Liberia’s Auditor General P. Garswa Jackson has impressed members of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institution (INTOSA) of the country’s progress in the auditing sector.
Speaking at INTOSA’s Donor Cooperation Conference recently, AG Jackson disclosed that the GAC is making tremendous efforts on the public financial management and governance landscapes.
Speaking to the leadership and top management of INTOSA’s at conference, Auditor General Jackson added that the gains being made by the General Auditing Commission (GAC) have contributed to sustainable progress in Liberia.
He spoke on the journey and progress of Liberia’s supreme Audit Institution independence and how the gains have contributed to sustainable progress the GAC is making in the country’s public financial management and governance landscapes.
He made positive impressions which was energizing as many compliments the GAC and feedbacks from major stakeholders were received by the AG.
AG Jackson was recently invited by the leadership and top management of INTOSA at its donor conference based on the level of progress being made by the General Auditing Commission in recent years.
