Monrovia- The Lofa County University students leadership has rubbished recent allegations against its president regarding sale of textbooks and among others.
A press statement responding to a recent article in local newspapers quoted the Student Council President, Stephen Vp Siazia as saying, “We have come to debunk this falsehood that is being propagated on the print and electronic media.”

Liberian News: Massive Drug Bust In Foya

FOYA, Lofa County – In a major crackdown on drug trafficking, the Joint Security in Foya District, led by the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA), intercepted a black pickup truck loaded with a massive stash of illegal drugs, valued at over $77,000 USD. The bust, which took place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, has been described as one of the biggest drug seizures in the county this year.
