Interestingly, West plans to have at least 90% percent ownership as a long-term goal which will later be translated to a full flesh 100% Liberian Ownership after training.

This is being backed by the bringing into Liberia experts from the USA and others to train Liberian employees of West with a hope to serve and hold top administrative positions as a gradual rollout process.

One important and interesting secret of the company is its strong stance on community empowerment with acquired projects. That is to say that the company buys locally produced materials of high quality standards and hires unskilled laborers from communities in which projects are undertaken so as to make community residents and citizens to feel and take ownership especially of public entities.
